CloudCMA is a good comps system for agent use and I would presume it could work for projecting ARVs to a degree (however, this is one of the hardest things to automate in the process, so it may require some finagling and creativity on the back end).Cost for Costar .  . . for listing properties?

@Kathleen Carnegie-Grant while you shouldn't use the automated valuations from any sites, you can use Redfin in Atlanta to good success as they are connected to the MLS and will generally have very recent data.  

we had issues w GV as well once we decided to automate and scale up.

In this day and age, your daily updates of MLS listings is wholly automated.  

There is no list server for probate, as every municipality performs the process somewhat differently and my guess is that there are certain 'firewalls' on city records that don't allow automated data mining (this is speculative, but Milwaukee uses the 'captcha' enter the number thing).
