@Joseph Shevy,I ask any people who are thinking about becoming a landlord, if they could evict a pregnant woman in the month of December?

I am screening a woman and her fiance (mid 40's) who have lived in TX for 4 years. 

While replying to another thread about family size, I was reminded of two separate incidents regarding size of another nature.The first was a few years ago when I showed a vacant 2BR/1BA house to woman who had called and asked about the property. 

t.I had met this woman who seemed cool.

Rich, white college kids will smoke and destroy your property just as fast as the black woman who works at Walmart 40 hours a week who still qualifies for section 8.

Someone I know (31 y/o) was just turned away from a rental property because she hasn't established enough credit in her adult life.Background: This woman comes from a lot of money.

My gut told me that I needed to ask the belligerent tenant to leave asap (I am very accommodating to tenants' needs, but this woman also had some mental problems). 

Some people have no problem answering the questions but a lot of them never get back to me.This morning I woke up to a woman's email saying this:I can absolutely answer these questions, but not sure you're the type of landlord I'd like to deal with...

My husband was sitting on the couch and working (and fortunately he decided today was a good day to wear pants instead of pjs) when our front door was unlocked and a woman walked in, with a prospective behind her. 

I had one tenant (an elderly woman) give me a hug when i told her i was raising her rent by $25/ month, she expected a larger raise when i bought the property.
