I recommend keeping a star agent/broker on your team to free you up to pursue strategy/marketing/financing, etc.

It took me 7 applicant's, before I found my rock star.

I have been lucky enough to have assembled a "rock star" team, and have needed all of them to keep the deal on the rails.

I offer all the amenities my customers want and don't ask them to do anything but leave a 5 star review when they leave.

Co Star and Loop net probably all have similar features, but Crexi is usually my go to. 

There are a couple rock star brokers, agents and lenders in my circle there.
