Generally most lenders need a 660 or maybe a 680 FICO score and enough reserves to cover the downpayment, closing and some reserves

Hi Michael, If you are looking at a bridge for a fix and flip (either to BRRRR or to flip), typically HML will want to see purchase price, your track record, your credit score, your reserves, your SOW and an idea of your exit plan and ARV.

First of all the schedule 1 has a line for Net Operating /Losses, it's 8a.  22 is reserved for future use and I don't know why you would use other if there is a named line.
