You want to buy a larger luxury asset if you want to compete in the Kissimmee area by Disney, in my opinion.

I am about to rehab 6 of those units over the next 3 months.I am looking for some help making a few strategic long term hold decisions;I am going to use Luxury Vinyl Plank for the flooring and trying to see if it is worth it long term to go with a 20mil wear layer instead of 12mil.The 12 mil is $.89 less expensive per sq ft.

I've done it a few different ways. 1) Listed it on the sites such as Furnished Finder, AirBnB, Booking.com, FB Travel lodging groups; and specifically call out the proximity to any medical centers or hospitals.  2) Word of mouth with my friends and colleagues 3) Reaching out to travel medical staff companies and leaving my info with recruiters.  

There are scores of people who have made money on high end luxury rentals- My friend bought a 1.2 Million home in the SF bay area and rents it out for corporate rentals at $8000/month.   

There is a huge community of investors only buying large apartment buildings to either renovate and make luxury apartments or they are rebuilding to make more singular homes depending on the size of the land.
