In general we keep a very tidy household but I wanted to go the extra mile to make sure there were no excuses and then this happened...I had a showing for my home and this woman was not thrilled with my house at all let me know every single detail about what was out of place, to the point where not a single positive thing came out of her mouth; until the end where she mentioned all that said and done you own a very pretty home.  

Therefore I'm doing what Im doing... connecting with the wholesalers, keeping word of mouth rolling, and holding investments as rentals since I don't have to have as big of margin as a flip.

I just see so many folks in Attorney driven states first thing out of their mouth is I have to talk to my attorney... were here on the west coast only time we EVER talk with an attorney is for estate planning or if we are sueing someone or being sued... if you can go years without talking with one your doing it right. 

But that doesn't mean I'm going to sit around and just take it on the chin and keep my mouth shut about it. 

I could not be happier!

Although, they will beat you by word of mouth.

It will save you time, money and make your tenants happier.

Do not put words in my mouth now if you want to speak to me in a civil adult manner I will respond I notice as well the responses I receive are and I quote "why don't I reach out to help etc"my response would be why don't the responders help out I will reiterate i still have not heard if this were your grandma or mom would you kick them to the curb its an easy response yesornoInvestors are creators they are ones who figure out solutions Ive met very good people in investing and I've met very greedy people who allow the almighty dollar to Be their God The irony here is the dollars we now hold for sustenance of survival it will be abolished completely history has proven this We are here to help one another again do not infer that I am not aware of the reason we are investors let's show we are creative that is why we have many unconventional methods Respectfully Words ended D
