Of course, I am biased as I am one of the owners of the company and I’ve played a big role in the development of our many different educational events, online curriculum, tools and software. 

It's always wise to consider other options and explore different states for investment.Being biased Cleveland is a great city in Ohio for real estate investment.

My wife and I lived in a 1br condo for a few years before moving out and making that into an additional rental for us.I'm biased of course, but I think meeting with an investment-minded real estate agent is a killer idea. ;)Good luck!

ThanksA lot of the senior head honchos at BP have experiences that bias them towards the midwest.

An appraisal is generated by a human.... humans have opinions, biases, make mistakes, don't care, get busy, etc etc.... could be lower, higher or what you expected. 

Sorry bias since I am a Broker in Sacramento.

My experience has been, even though they are not supposed to be biased, when they know that they will be getting a double commission, they work harder for me as the buyer.

. :) Biased opinions are  not helpful at this point. :)

Appreciation here is fueled by confirmation bias (it's not that people are really willing to pay top dollar, but that everyone prices their home there and they have no choice) and top of the market new builds.
