In high rise buildings where floor # is a big part of value there is more opportunity for disguising this than in the suburban style garden apartments, where every unit is on the first or second floor and all views are of the courtyard.

Planners seem to go the extreme with amenities and they don't see that such adds expense for development and leads to a limited higher end market.You might also take some more environmental courses which is a big subject for planners, developers and investors.

I was driving by new high dollar construction homes and seen a contemporary garage door that had barn style latches and handles, nicely done rustic look, the door looked like a barn door just with some inexpensive hardware.
