Yep, that's the deal @Mark Ferguson He's been really easy to deal with so far, but being a newbie I wonder if it would have been better to use a buyer's agent.

Many of the sites you mentioned are nice guides, but personally, I find they are off the mark sometimes by as much as 20%, especially Trulia and different municipalities assess at different percentages of actual value and the last Tax assessment may have been several years ago.

@Mark Rios you are exactly right in your summation.

I know we've spent over $12k on ours over the years, just to keep things tight and plus...I'm very anal that way...So..I would assume then that earlier this year, when the former first baseman for the Texas Rangers, Mark Texiera lease purchased his home that he couldn't sell up in Westlake (Vaquero)that an attorney drafted the contract.

Hey Keith,I agree with Mark, each state is different in what is allowed.

No markings, no mailbox, gas meter pulled, electric meter is gone.The problem with East Texas is we will number our houses very particularly.
