@Katie Douglas I'm going to recommend Stanley's "Millionaire Woman Next Door" if you have Amazon Prime you should be able to read it for free by borrowing it from the Kindle Library, that's how I got my hands on it.

Today, there is no practical need for a military salute, as rank is worn on every uniform, but the tradition of saluting and returning salutes lives strong, as a mutual show of respect.I have never opened a door for a woman because I thought she could not do it herself, my wife has two hands that function properly… I do it because it is a small token of appreciation and respect.
