Owned solar 11kw virtually pay no electricity year around after 4.5K investment and a tax credit.

Wanted to see what my best options are in this situation:I want to borrow 200-250K as a NRA(non resident alien) with no credit history, to invest in a syndication deal.I have a rental property that’s owned free and clear worth around 750-800K so in case of a cash out refi my LTV would remain low.It would be a short term loan: 2.5 to 3 years at most before I pay it back. 

Depending on who you are talking with, they pull from those credits at an hourly rate:Book keepers pull 7 credits per hourTax Preparers pull 10 credits per hourCPA/Attorneys pull 20 credits per hourThey will set up everything up for you without using any of those credits.

Here are some recommendations to help you on your journey:To begin, get pre-approved for a loan from local lenders like Georgia's Own Credit Union, SunTrust (now Truist), and Wells Fargo.

Your Credit Score: 680+ or 700+ will get you better terms depending on the lender. 660 is the minimum for many lenders. 

We look at everything from experience, credit, the project, and much more.

(Ok, maybe people with bad credit who don’t care if you send them to collections or if they damage your property, because they don’t have anything.) 

I understand that one needs to have separate bank account and possibly credit card to separate rental income and expenses but just asking about from the tax filing purposes. 

One last tip, make sure the base boards upstairs are not touching the floor, even just 1/8 inch gap is good.
