Once you get your network built, it might actually get easy because you won't have to do marketing... your network will send you leads.Is that helpful?

I'm an investor, agent, and have a really solid network in place in Dayton.  

I'm looking forward to attending networking events and am seeking like minded friends, mentors or partners.

Visit some local real estate investor meetups or REIAs and start to network. 

But I just wanted some input from experienced investors or CPA on this forum. 

I also plan on attending two REI meetings this month in my area to hopefully network there but I wanted to try to get a handle and direction on this to be more prepared for my meeting on Saturday.Thank you everyone for your time in advance!

Hello everyone,I am in search of a strategy that will allow me to use my current network of professionals who are directly related to RE investing.

This will likely involve a regimented program of sending letters, physically getting out and spending time in the neighborhoods you want to buy, and networking.  

We have a CPA and an attorney that will be helping us but I like to have some kind of clue before meeting with them.Dan

I just had a meeting with my cpa regarding 2017 deferrals on flips from this year, especially ones that haven't sold.
