Amy,I agree with you that you like to know if the GC can do the job to your specs, and I bet the GC want to know can you pay when the job is done so there have to be trust for both parties and put everything in writing on what you expect from the GC and how much you agree to pay the GC so it wants to be I say she says, and I have seen where everyone agreed on something, and the investor will come back trying to slip something in for free.Joe Gore
