LLCs are overrated in small-scale buy and hold real estate anyway (in my opinion)Most conventional lenders don't care if you transfer title to LLC post close.

The market demand is solid right now and (making an assumption here) the building(s) you are looking at are in a good location and are well taken care of if overpriced imo
