For the past 1.5 years I've been working as an Estimator for a "Selective Interior Demolition" Subcontractor to major General Contractors, both local and national.

I've searched around and came across a few poorly designed websites on Google with no reviews anywhere who offer the rental listings.  

I use pacer.gov to search court cases, which is very useful.
