They could earn 50k, and spend 45k.Many stricter LLs around here ask for bank statements.Some applicants balk at the idea, as if they have something to hide.

You can bet that if rates are 7% lenders will be agressive about calling loans due if they can.Also realize that trusts, at best, hide what you've done.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like a way to increase your risk and hide the fact that you're actually just applying more money towards your outstanding debt per paycheck.Seems to be a long scheme that still trips up investors through shoddy math.I'd love to see them try it though.

Qualified tenants screen landlords as much as landlords screen tenants.I would do the same.If a landlord asked me for an application/fee before I even saw the property, I would assume that:1) The inside of their property was a dump and/or they were hiding something2) It was some scam trying to collect my info or fee.3) They have impossible renting standards just to try to collect fees and deny.4) Did I mention... the inside of their property is likely a dump?
