I'll do a general inspection first and see if the inspector finds anything suspicious regarding termites, and if he does, I'll go ahead and do a termite inspection then.

This property was my first, I feel like everything went wrong there: 4 flooding, bad tenants, overbudget renos but somehow still came out ahead in an economic recession (given enough time, real estate is very forgiving) so this property taught me a lot about what NOT to do.

He said I could go ahead with serving papers and beginning the process, but if the tenant signs the covid hardship paperwork for NYS I may still need to wait until the covid situation/rent moratorium is over before a judge would allow the tenant to be removed.
