I’m looking for some advice on whether I should sell my condo I rent in Boston and use the equity to get into my first duplex or triplex out of the area.

Happy Friday BP folks - Does anyone have any local (to Boston) banks that are currently doing investment property re-fi for a mult-family at 80% LTV?

Any guidance, examples, advice or even teaming up (I live in NH about 45 mins north of Boston) would be much appreciated.

Hello BP,Does anyone know of a lender that does HELOC loans on Rental property in New Hampshire or Boston?

We have previous experience having owned a duplex in Boston for 16 years which we house-hacked, rented long term, Airbnb'ed, converted to condos and sold off as individual units.

Greater Boston is very competitive, has been for years, “CASH” offers are a huge advantage in the marketplace. 

It’s a higher growth market and a better transportation hub.
