Both have desktop, web and mobile tools so you can use them anywhere.Smartsheet is a more classic tool (think MS Excel but with some powerful overlays and template tools that allow you to build project plans) that would be great for sharing project plans with contractors, etc.Asana is more of a workflow management tool (define step 1, 2, 3....10, assign the steps to individual team members and when they complete a specific task it's forwarded onto the next responsible person in the list) but could be useful for managing certain types of projects.

Took 2 days off work, flow to AZ, and lost the case....There are many other details that I dont recall now, but it was issues after issues after issues, and everything is 3X more expensive than locally.....I know my story is NOT nearly as horrible as some other investors, but I had a busy day job, and I dont have time for all these crap....

I think to handle sales pipeline, sales automation, workflow, tracking marketing, tracking communications (email to clients, phone calls, etc), document sharing, and I could go on -- but a good web-based (AJAX-based) system is the best for the price.

Ryland this reminds me of when I first came to Oregon from CA.I was building a subdivision in Beaverton... and my land planner engineer was lamenting he just could not get any engineers and his work flow was suffering.I told him put an add in the LA times.. you will get flooded with people that would love to work and live here but did not know there were good paying jobs.I think that could be the case now for skilled labour   bus them in.

Without the type of facility needed for the tenant seems you'd be guessing, I learned alot from the Docs as to thier work flow-floor plan requirements, private entries, seperate service entrances, secured storages...etc.
