If you are using this as a house hack and to get your feet wet in REI in CA, I am not super impressed with any of the numbers.

Also, that they would cover "wetness remediation" but not mold.

However, with all the knowledge I gained I'm still hesitant to get my feet wet.

I got my feet wet on the forums here a few years back, but realized I had some big hurdles to overcome (i.e. get my financial house in order) before I could "get started".
