Have you ever hit a wall with leads and conversions in your REI journey?

Demoed the whole house except one wall added 3 extra bedrooms 2 bathrooms customer fixers raised ceilings a pool and many more details.

Is there a world where it makes sense to leave parts of the dry wall up and try to just clean them?

I have a property in Florida where the HOA is responsible for maintenance and repair of all parts of the building outside of my unit walls, including the roof.

Stunning furniture and features, two bathroom reno and pretty much new everything walls in.

It's been a nightmare so far, and why I keep beating my head up against the wall with them is beyond me.

The only thing we probably didn't do was tear out walls.

Hello, hope this isn't too long of a read, but I was curious what everyone thought about this situation: During turnover, rather late, I noticed the tile of the shower was cracking along the grout lines, and I noticed it had some give when I pressed the walls.

You could add insulation between the walls but that will not stop vibration.I would tell tenants not much you can do. people have the same issues in apartments.

Maybe some wall units instead?
