In the game of real estate it is important to make sure that your website is up to par- after that/ the same time it is vital to get an effective Facebook Page.

I however would don't think you need to go through all of that, a website is not a business it's a marketing tool so u can call it whatever u want and still have all the billing and vital info tagged to your Main business entity.

Gotta disagree big time with this comment.There was a huge energy crash here in Denver in 1978/1979 time frame - before they "re-vitalized" downtown by making 16th Street a pedestrian mall. 

(In this case, most likely not)  if there was, look at the motion for summary administration (or the initial filing it should name the heirs and personal representative.Another option is to go to the department of vital statistics, and get a copy of the birth and or death certificate.  

They are acting as an agent without the laws, ethics requirements, education, and insurance that are vital IMO.
