It needs to scream SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!

The 2nd picture kitchen one I can't really see the kitchen just the kitchen from the living room but the pictures don't scream granite counter and stainless steal- I can barely see most of them.Maybe move the couch a little bit away from the window and add some window trimmings- maybe red to match your pillows - move the black chair from where it is and center that living room table- put a flower arrangement on living room table- maybe clear glass with red flowers to match pillow cases again- doesn't have to be flowers- could be just some little nick nacks on that table- just something intresting- normally if you dont go with flower you can try nick nacks in odd numbers like 3.

We painted ($1000) and will replace the carpet before the new tenants move in.However, after 100 calls, 3 price reductions and over 30 visitors, no applications yet.The house does not have a basement in a state where most houses have basements.However, it's:1. clean2. similar size to other houses3. great yard4. has 2.5 garage5. no dishwasher6. some landscaping in the front from the previous renters.7. fireplacei am at a loss on why we are having trouble getting applicants to show up.

Their prices are absurdly low and the techniques they use work… Luckily most visitors will quickly leave the site to find a company that speaks the traditional English language.

With rent of $1100 its not a particularly good deal as far as being a rental.If $97K is a screaming deal, the bank may be pricing it low to start a bidding war.

I have never heard of Good Deal Zone but the name screams SCAM...and usually when you have to ask, it is a scam.I hope someone can provide some better insight.

Can they do it now if they come to the US just as guests/visitors?
