I usually get in town at around 4PM to beat the rush hour traffic and I grab a coffee and beignets at Cafe Du Monde on Veterans. 

Now, I get what the veterans are saying a little bit more.

But I wonder what veterans think of the pain housing will endure in the next downturn?

With the advertisements I’ve seen from realtors and such (I assume trying to get veterans to use their benefit so the realtor can get paid) that speak to this benefit, many do not know about it.

His entire company is veteran owned and operated and he has had specific classes at his meetings exactly about using your VA loan to its biggest potential. 

Furthermore, if you are having difficulty distinguishing things like emd vs downpayment, who holds the emd, etc it is very likely you will successfully execute a wholesale deal.If you feel you have found a good deal find a veteran and JV with them to learn the process.
