I've never had a pet ruin a unit, the worse that happens is pet smell and that can be taken care of usually by just shampooing the carpet.I do require that dogs and cats be over 6 months old to avoid house training issues, be vaccinated against rabies and dogs must be licensed.I have clauses in my pet addendum that says dogs cannot be left chained outside, dogs cannot bark so much as to annoy a reasonable person, dogs and cats must be friendly towards other animals and people and a few other things.

I'll try to avoid politics here as many are resorting to turn this into a political bash-fest.My opinion, we'll either find a vaccine or we will simply learn to live with the virus - just like our parents and grandparents lived with measles, and polio, and smallpox....

I am unsure if the evaluation will stay this way into 2022 when people are vaccinated and are drawn back towards city life, but it's nice for now.

IF you allow it, I would spell EVERYTHING out in the pet addednum including the penalty for not picking up the dog waste; no digging; no soiling in the house; must have all required vaccines, etc.
