I am a newbie from Salt Lake. I have been in realestate for about 3 years. Selling vacant land on Ebay. I joined the sight to start networking with other investors.

Btw, I've owned in college towns; Provo, utah; Ashland, Or , and Flagstaff, AZ.

Besides if you own at one place you'll likely miss a lot of great skiing at other resorts, like here in CO, or UT or British Columbia!

I can't help but think that the entire market, or at least my market in Utah, is VERY OVERVALUED! 

Who is the go to realtor in Layton Utah (or near) for finding RE deals?

I’m an E-3, actIve duty, stationed at Hill AFB in Utah.

I'm considering a property in Utah that has 5 separate offices (all are currently rented) in a 11,000+sf  building in a nicer area where rents are about 3-6% lower than the average in the area. 

… I also wanted to know if anyone on here heard of a company from Utah that goes by the name DoHardMoney?
