Having before & after pictures is a string tool when dealing with HMLs and real estate agents to gain business. 

I found my handyman through my RE Agent. 

When I find a property I reach out the agent who is representing the seller(listing agent) so I can have as close to direct access to the seller as possible.

First, in my opinion, being a real estate agent, you're either in it full-time or don't do it at all.

The ARV was believed to be around $235k so my agent told me to try to stay all in around $176K.

I’ve been wanting to speak with someone about that but I’m not sure who would be the right person to ask ( real estate agent , broker etc) . 

I have used Appfolio as a leasing agent to put properties up for lease, screen tenants, and rent them out.

I have a separate short term rental insurance policy (insurance agent recommended short term policy over long term since it's ultimately being used as a short term rental) Curious if that is the same as the Airbnb $1M liability insurance or if they have a separate one
