If you haven't already, I would recommend that you learn to deal with commerical loan officers at small local banks... once you create a relationship with these small banks you will be able to unlock funds and accelerate your business.

Landlord, always. ...Sounds like you haven't had a tenant lock themselves out and then remember that a first floor window was unlocked (or even open), and then make finger sized holes in the lower corners so that the screen latches can be unlatched to open the screen fully.
