Partial move out tenant advice

I have a tenant that didn't pay on the 17th of September and promised to be out as quick as they could move. They have moved 90%, but there's a bed and couch and wine cooler remaining. I know this because they left the back door unlocked and the neighbors went in(the neighbors are hired to clean it). I don't know where the tenants moved and so I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm in Arkansas.
