I'm from Lilburn which is right next to Stone Mountain and I second @Justin Bundrick's remarks.

Agent Remarks:  "You must have an appreciation for art..."

There is not a lot of inventory so they can just wait it out until they find another buyer who will pay the price. or just lower the price many months down the road. message me if you want me to go into the confidential remarks and tell them to you.

The reason I made my remarks in the first place was because it was something very close to home.

Sure, posters may not give a blow by blow account of every failure, but they have shown a remarkable readiness to share what they learned from those mistakes.

Why would this be seen as a sarcastic remark?

Sassiness and smart remarks to people's post just to solidify your opinion does gain you anything.
