I feel sort of uneasy with moving forward but this would be my first rental so I am not sure if I'm nervous or if it's the under market rent that is bothering me the most (under market rent annoys me every time I see it).

There was water in the basement from a pipe burst when i went to view the unit, made me uneasy as i am asthmatic and laundry units were there;3.

If uneasy about investing out of state maybe consider Vegas or Phoenix. 

Some see this as a buying opportunity because some multi family investors are jumping ship, and institutional investors are uneasy.

It will be tough, because most lenders are much more uneasy about calculating rent per room than they are calculating it for an entire unit, because there are essentially no comps for rentals by the room. 

Maybe I'm reading into this too much, but I'm feeling somewhat uneasy after finding out that our conventional mortgage will be serviced by Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans).Here's the backstory: my wife and I are under contract on a single family home and I put a lot of effort into finding the best mortgage for us.

If it feels like a scam it probably is a scam, and even if it's not you should always listen to your instincts and not get involved with anyone that makes you uneasy. 

Type 1 precieves high risk from a high return and is actually uneasy when returns are advertised any higher than the SP500 or standard index funds.

I feel a bit uneasy that they are working together and it's only a matter of time before the first realtor learns that I have moved on.
