I left a career as a Physical Therapist in Canada to relocate to the US with my husband.My head is swimming with information overload so I've taken the time to write down what it is I hope to accomplish, what interests me the most, where I think I'll feel comfortable starting, and what/who my current resources are.  

Once they do start telling you their story, your gonna get more than you bargained for because you just became their therapist in a way.

Tenants there include a massage therapist and a State Farm agent.

I earn my living as a Respiratory Therapist but I like to think of myself as an aspiring real estate investor!

if so your screwed, but if its not apparent, then perhaps ask for a letter from a licensed therapist or MD.

If a liscensed therapist designates a need for a service or emotional support animal due to a disability or a health issue the dog assists with you cannot discriminate against any prospective tenant or after a tenant produces a document verifying the animal as such .

I am also a licensed PTA (physical therapist assistant) and work part-time while I'm in school.

Mostly are target tenants are therapists and wellness practitioners; single office type business that utilize shared waiting rooms.
