Granted, these people are not under the general contractors Workmen's Comp. protection, but I would keep them on the ground just picking up picking up scrap sweeping up saw dust and shop vaccing, things like that.

In our experience, and that of a couple of friends, we are seeing lots of cash buyers sweeping up the good deals as soon as they land on the market, and a bunch of small investors and regular buyers overbidding each other for whatever is left (that may still be considered a deal).

Hey @Jenifer LeviniI think how much information you should delve into will depend on what your interest is in the property and whether or not it's protected.If you're position is secured in the deal and you don't run the risk of someone trying to go around you and sweep it out from under you, the more details the better.Consider your target audience; they are likely here because they place a great deal of importance on doing their own due diligence and really value gatheting as much information as they can before jumping in to something.

I just worry that (as you mentioned), there will be repercussions, like a compliance officer that will do a blanket sweep, causing issues, even for persons with legitimate attorney drafted contracts...but who knows.Everyone, just make sure you CYA.

I used plain, medium-sized gravel with sand on top of it, then more sand to sweep into the joints once the pavers were down.
