New to Investing in Texas

Hello all,

I am a local realtor in the Houston area that is about to embark on a new career in Investing!!! Are there any investors out there that will allow me to shadow or learn from you? I am willing paint, sweep, or even offer realtor services to you. 

I have been to several "workshops", seminars, and I'm also a member of the local REIA so I do have quite a bit of working knowledge. I'd appreciate the chance to fully immerse myself in the process of real estate investing.
