So I'm doing mainly what your lawyer recommended.I have an LLC (mostly for branding) I am SUPER careful about keeping funds separate (when you co-mingle your money with your LLC money you open yourself up to no longer being protected by the LLC), And most of all I really really strive to do everything things right, I know the old saying is "its not if, its when you'll get sued" but I try to limit the crazies, talk and work things out in the most ethical way possible, and hope for the best!
