Its a sticky uncomfortable situation

Today I went over and gave it to my friend, who is in a sticky financial situation herself.

@Joseph Rice - I've pretty much already identified the areas where I'm investing (parts of Baynard Village and parts of Northwest Wilmington, and a small part of Quaker Hill).

This is a great tool to use whenever you are in sticky situations that do come up. 

I guess in summary is a property tax owner shown as "Heirs of" a sticky situation that a newbie shouldn't get into when trying to acquire tax delinquent parcels? 

The 2nd unit could have been grandfathered in- but always collect all permits with the city on a purchase with a 2nd unit on a single family residence- you want to make sure it is legal- it just gets sticky when if your city is one of those pre-inspection cities and the unit is not permitted.

Sticky legal stuff we are entering into now. 

Due to the size I do not think it would be feasible to have an onsite manger and that could land me in sticky situation.

This is an way to shore up the lower W-2 income of military though it could end with the Servicemember in a sticky situation.
