Hello...I purchased my third property today for cash, and was looking for some advice from some of you with more experience.The previous landlord had the electric updated outside, but inside it has an aging pacific electric panel. 

More if upgrading the panel ($450).   6 new can lights = + $300.   3 GFIs, connections for appliances, no under counter lights. 

Some of the major rehab involves Siding, portion of roof, new sidewalk, splitting electric (new panel boxes and meters), heating (new furnaces and re laying of duct work), water (new water heaters), portion of broken sewer pipe replacement, replace electric wiring to 2 units, new kitchen, bath, flooring, windows, doors (interior and exterior) in all units. 

So he gets fired he can go to another brokerage.As an outsider w/o knowing the written agreement you need to have all the documentation and agreement in front of the panel. 

Thanks all, Still some points are not clear to me.e.g. some Company which installs shower panel & Door which includes parts and labour and they gave us invoice and we paid them using credit card or check so now do we need to issue them 1099.

I hosted panels of RE attorneys in Houston REI clubs, so this is not a joke.

Does anyone have any experience getting the cost of a new roof rolled in w/ the installation of solar panels? 

I need to get about 4 panels of a wood fence replaced and was considering replacing my existing chain link fence with a 5/6 foot steel or aluminum for the front.
