Its just for Pennsylvania - we use both because sometimes things do slip through our background check through our software program specifically in regard to landlord tenant complaints.

Assign due dates to those steps and have a system or process in place for tracking your progress whether that be as simple as being written down in your notebook or as complex as having a project management software.

Can it integrate with other software through Zapier?

It's a tough ask for software productivity tools when the "spec" (or "problem statement") isn't well defined. 

You can use software, get a contractor, or learn it yourself.

This software is free for landlords and does everything you need and some.
