Hi Merrit,Deer will jump tall fences to eat.Maybe fence the property and get a Labrador Retriever to run loose inside the fence.They seem to love to chase deer and make a decent pet too.Either that or get a sleigh and hitch all 8 of them up for Christmas--you just need a Red Nosed one to lead the pack.Good Luck!

Yep, the first mtg will Always be in first position....it doesn’t matter who files a NOD first, who gets to the actual sale first or who blows their nose first....the first is the first.But something to check....with that small of an initial mtg, and that large of a second....the second mtg May have gotten a subordination from the original mortgagee, now making the second mtg in first position.

Then approximately 2-3 weeks after that is fixed, they tell me there have been an infestation of bugs (no see-ums & supposedly "buffalo gnats") that have been biting them inside due to the leaky faucet because they supposedly started when the leaky faucet problems started.
