I agree with some of the sentiment on this thread that it's not something to do starting out but if you had to go with anyone I've had a good experience with the wcap financial people.

When the soccer moms (and dads) start to bad mouth CPS class size and talk about moving to the suburbs at cocktail parties, the sentiment among parents in CPS in gentrified neighborhoods will likely change.

I always separate that from my business.. but its a personal decision for sure.during the GFC I foreclosed personally on over 200 investors from all over the US.. it was a very difficult time .. for us.. for them.. we are right back in the sentiment of borrowing max debt....

As with myself, what I tend to see is people who deal in all the various neighborhoods and communities they don't tend to have a baked in bias based on personal sentiment.
