In most law schools, this is an entire two- or three-semester hour course. 

(Loans, parents, scholarships, self, etc)  My gut says take first semester to learn your market and develop a local plan to execute come second semester. 

I have an overlap on one of my college rental homes, which apparently is pretty common in this market as the major universities there are on semesters and trimesters.

I have a feeling prices are inflated at the moment (summer) and was wondering if there is a general strategy in the Houston market to avoid some of the inflations we experience in home prices throughout the year (for ex: parents wanting homes in school districts near the start of the school semesters).

Starting in May (for the fall semester) the students start calling every rental home listing within a 5 mile radius of the University of Miami.

I am currently in school(by choice, so I can leave once the semester ends if that's necessary) but I'd like to start the process to get into real estate if I can.

For the record, I hated getting my bachelors degree in my late 30's, hated going to college, hated but was grateful for saving money living with my parents (awkward when you;re 37 and to them you;re still their little boy) but thru perseverance and taking 21 credits every semester and 12 credits in the summer, I banged it out.

Although I am attending the University of Louisville I may quit after I get my two year degree (I'll have it in a semester) so I can put all my money towards a deal and not a college degree I don't plan on using anyways.  

There's always one kid who has a roommate from hell and wants move somewhere untill the end of semester. 

Currently in my last semester, graduating this December!
