I have a feeling prices are inflated at the moment (summer) and was wondering if there is a general strategy in the Houston market to avoid some of the inflations we experience in home prices throughout the year (for ex: parents wanting homes in school districts near the start of the school semesters).

For the record, I hated getting my bachelors degree in my late 30's, hated going to college, hated but was grateful for saving money living with my parents (awkward when you;re 37 and to them you;re still their little boy) but thru perseverance and taking 21 credits every semester and 12 credits in the summer, I banged it out.

Although I am attending the University of Louisville I may quit after I get my two year degree (I'll have it in a semester) so I can put all my money towards a deal and not a college degree I don't plan on using anyways.
