Segmenting the market based on other qualitative and quantitative factors such as crime rates, school systems, proximity to the city or major streets, etc. is arguably more important. 

I totally understand that and my exposure to small segments of 2 different markets (from different states) shows a large amount of scumbags.In the case of size misrepresentation its one thing but classification is another story. 

I find this an interesting segment opportunity and I would like to dialogue.  

Their dare to be dumb segment is probably one of the segment of the show.
