Until I hear of a company that does this, take care of the landlord costs, provide excellent care for tenants, I'll hold off.Yes, maintenance is a pain, yes, there is definitely an opportunity for a company to step it up, but each region is different and scaling this up is hard.I hope that Latchel and others get their operations up to snuff.
