If your lender offers the program they should be certified or trained in some way on the program and can answer any questions you have on it.

And the owners will not like it because their gravy train is being threatened. 

I also work in Manhattan so the proximity to the train is a huge benefit.

It does take some training though, which we provide.

Most of the training is just recycled from others.

The groups that were founded in 2014-2017 have experience relative to those founded in 2021, but the syndicators that have been around since 1992 have EXPERIENCE.I think the three things you outline follow the same train of thought.  

You'll still need investor training as the license won't teach you investing.Now I will give you the best advice for your test taking: You will have the sample questions at the end of chapters and end of book.
