We do these type of agreements with our commercial clients that have 100s of units, boilers, chillers, RTUs, etc. where reliability is important and there are a lot of moving parts. 

Manage cash flow by cutting non-essential costs, making the property energy-efficient, and offering flexible lease terms.

But most of all natural resources-- in particular energy even ahead of ags.
