In 2016, we returned to KC and purchased our primary home in Liberty using a Doctor’s loan.In 2020, we developed a strong interest in real estate investing.

Ours is in a rural area with strong seasonality and lots of regional vacation travellers going out for a weekend or maybe a week. 

Development is a fun and frustrating venture, but Real Estate is still a good place to find a win.  

Many developers leave the tubs without even a hanging rod which looks incomplete.

I’m currently evaluating whether to go with a Fund Model instead of a traditional JV for an upcoming multifamily project, I will be working as a developer looking to do work with a more experienced developer on a larger scale multi-family opportunity.

In the case of the stolen furniture I would also ask how did the police offer develop the competence to read a lease and decide that was a reason to not pursue the case? 

So they started doing the loans that everyone else turned down, ultra high risk development deals, second mortgages, land loans at ridiculously high LTV, loans where the borrower has none of his own capital invested, 85% of AFTER stabilized value loans.  

It is our goal to provide all the tools, resources, education & coaching any individual needs to learn how to build a sustainable investment portfolio to achieve financial independence & generational wealth through real estate investing.It should be noted, that while the Academy is not a requirement to invest with RTR, the individuals that do join the Academy are much more successful long term since they have spent time to clearly develop their own individual investment strategy & plan!

I think there needs to be a change in leadership and a pro-development or up-zoning attitude.

Think fix-and-flip properties or land development projects—things that don’t fit the cookie-cutter mold banks prefer.
