Most quality markets worth investing in for the long-term are seeing 0.50% or below.

There have been a few comments along the lines of "new homes aren't built with the same quality as old homes".

Curious to hear others thoughts: Do you believe experience is the primary factor, or are there other qualities that matter more?

Insurance companies are taking a close look at building materials, quality, and updates. 

Property values and interest rate (but with higher standards) were lower in 2012 than 2007.In general it is often true, but not always.

They still all use standard HUD forms though l imagine.I'm curious is it federal,state or county legislation that creates changes between HAs?

At worst, fair chance of some quality mentors. 

My brother in law told me a few years ago that I was the luckiest sob he had ever known but it took me 33 years of living below my means and working hard to buy enough rentals to retire with the same standard of living that we were used to.

They have a good selection of quality rugs for reasonable prices.
