I can make deeds out to my wife on the properties I own personally and keep them in a shoe box to be used in case I die prematurely, so all my property will still pass to my spouse but she is not personally liable on the debt.

The rest was pretty much out of his control, and our entire government deserves to get the blame.Likewise, I only blame Obama (so far) for three things he was most responsible for: the ridiculous stimulus funding, pushing through the Health Care Bill prematurely and not restoring the rights taken from us by the Patriot Act.

The vote resulted in a June 31st, 2020 deadline for permits to be filed but no mechanism for issuing them through the Dept of Neighborhoods as they are as surprised as the public by the vote.My recommendation is to hold tight and let the ordinance be defined, Larry Sykes has already given verbal assurance the deadline is premature and being adjusted.
