You can drive for dollars, go after pre-foreclosures, distressed sellers, PPC, organic search SEO, MLS expired, FSBO's, r.e. agent network, estate and probate, on and on and on. 

Public records will reveal if a home is in the pre-foreclosure stage.

Hi Toni, I'd like to point out that the annual tax savings from contributing to a retirement account in your working years is tiny compared to the tax bill you will have to pay on that 'pre-tax' retirement account. 

@Ashley Madalone guessing you're asking what the tax ramifications of using pre-tax business funds to invest are.Not aware of a way to buy real estate and avoid paying taxes on the funds unless he'll use the real estate in his business.His tax professional will probably advise he take the funds out as a loan, at a market rate & payment terms.
