After we built our own prototype, I bumped into the folks who became SmartThings (now owned by Samsung) and we are using the SmartThings hub in a few places (their head-end system, did not meet our needs, so we've rolled our own)a RaspberryPi based system which is a work in progress, but very promising. 

The intention is for downtown Newark to have a thriving living/shopping/nightlife/transportation hub.

Right now Tampa is looking like a really good area as it is becoming somewhat of a startup hub , so I imagine, good opportunities and Port St.

Universal city, Selma, Schertz (Amazon's new disti hub), New Braunfels (attracting medical companies) and San Marcos (TX State Univ n 35K students n growing).....all either on or fast access to I-35.  

I've always tried to buy around transit hubs as they usually always have a good pool of potential tenants much more so than other areas.  

There are plenty of brokerages who don't have hub offices and manage virtually now.

I am curious what all of you think about the long-term forecast of markets in Colorado, particularly in and near the hub of Denver.

Louis and the Metro East is a major hub for moving freight throughout the United States, with interstates I-44, I-55, I-64, and I-70 connecting the region to the rest of the nation.

As a long term trend, the population is shifting away from the major hubs to the suburbs and rural areas.Cash Flow is King!
